Each day begins together with a brief group circle. This may include mindfulness, intention-setting, or emotional check-ins to support regulation and connection.

A shared meal followed by unstructured time to rest, reset, or spend quiet time outdoors.

Youth participate in meal preparation and gather for a shared dinner, building life skills and a sense of community.

6:30 – 7:30 PM | Evening Connection & Group Processing
Evenings include group time for reflection, storytelling, or facilitated processing, helping youth integrate their experiences and build relational skills.
